E-newsletters

What is an e-newsletter?

An e-newsletter works in much the same way a traditional newsletter does, except that it arrives in your e-mail inbox instead of your postal mailbox. They can be simple, and only contain text, or more complicated with graphics and hyperlinks.

Why are e-newsletters useful?

E-newsletters have become very popular as people have come to understand what a great communication tool they can be. Community residents can put together newsletters about area events, local resources, or any other topic. Staff of organizations can use them to share information and facilitate communication with clients of their center, members of the community or neighborhood, students in their classes or programs, and more.
